A Manager can:
• Use daily meetings to correct a rogue developer’s course.
• Hold the rogue developer to the tasks on The List.
• Use code reviews and automatic code change notifications to track
a rogue developer’s work.
• Use CI as a last resort to monitor a rogue developer’s work.
